📋 Description

• Cybersecurity Manager position focused on designing and implementing security solutions. • Development and implementation of integrated cybersecurity strategies in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT. • Process optimization for information security and product development processes. • Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and security governance processes. • Project and program management for cybersecurity strategy and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field. • At least five years of experience in IT consulting, focusing on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects. • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures needed to effectively protect clients’ infrastructures. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate both internal and external teams successfully. • Ability to identify project opportunities, develop proposals, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer engagement. • Comfortable in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, and open to travel. • Strong stakeholder management skills, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners to advance cybersecurity initiatives. • Strong communication skills to convey complex cybersecurity concepts in both German and English. • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, or willingness to pursue such certifications.
