Description

• Play a crucial role in execution and optimization of deals and contracts. • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to maximize value. • Manage deal approval processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. • Evaluate deal and contracting risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. • Prepare and maintain accurate deal documentation and records. • Monitor and reconcile deal terms and financials post-closing for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or greater degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. • Proven experience in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or related field. • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial models. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Salesforce and ERP systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
