Description

• Support internal and external customers as it relates to U.S. messaging campaigns. • Ensure compliance standards are upheld – bringing carrier satisfaction and maintaining direct connections. • Monitor operations to identify and raise issues with data, process, and technology. • Maintain all campaign review Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Troubleshoot existing sender setups or assist with MNO-related registration issues. • Answer inquiries regarding senders and help stakeholders through the registration process. • Review complex use cases and provide next steps for stakeholders. • Deliver on service requests with utmost quality and customer satisfaction. • Contribute and support documentation to support repeatability. • Keep abreast of industry changes and maintain knowledge of compliance standards. • Participate in training and Continuing Education sessions.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes is a must-have for this role. • Agile and able to shift priorities quickly; enjoys multi-tasking. • Thrives in a variety of day-to-day tasks and can pivot with ease. • Resourceful; knows when to ask questions and where to go for information. • Prior experience with onboarding new customers is a plus. • Customer focused and highly customer centric. • Team player with strong interpersonal / communication skills (both verbal and written). • Prior experience working in Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Operations, or Compliance is a plus. • Strong experience in Account Management and client-facing roles where solid business relationships were built and maintained. • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
