• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers. • Create detailed transportation itineraries in our Reservation Manager tool, confirm operator availability and pricing within margin goals • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to qualified prospects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role. • Experience in group travel, transportation, or events, ideally with buses • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office / G-Suite. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
