β’ Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to identify and qualify potential clients. β’ Qualify Leads: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, need, timing, and decision-making process. β’ Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments and demos with qualified leads for further engagement with the clients. β’ Conduct Product Demonstrations: Present our MO product to prospects. β’ Travel: Travel will be required, comprising 50% to 75% of the time. β’ Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling. β’ Close Sales: Successfully close sales with prospects. β’ Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale. β’ Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. β’ Proven track record with 2 yrs in sales, business development, or a related field. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. β’ Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed. β’ Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
