• Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to identify and qualify potential clients. • Qualify Leads: Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, need, timing, and decision-making process to determine if they are a good fit for our product. • Set Up Meetings: Schedule appointments and demos with qualified leads for further engagement with the clients. • Conduct Product Demonstrations: Present our MO product to prospects, showcasing its features, benefits, and value proposition tailored to their specific needs. • Travel: Travel will be required, comprising 50% to 75% of the time, to meet with prospects and conduct product demonstrations. • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, engaging with gatekeepers, and navigating initial barriers to create opportunities for the VHA. • Close Sales: Successfully close sales with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition from demo to final sale. • Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in our CRM system to effectively manage the sales pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Proven track record with 2 yrs in sales, business development, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed. • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
