🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years applicable experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field • Agile Certification (CSM or SA) preferred • Experience with project management software such as Confluence, Jira, Google Suite • Analytical tools experience such as Jellyfish, Tableau, Heap • A blend of analytics, user empathy and intuition • Proven problem-solving with impactful and sustainable project execution • Strategic mindset that derives insights from data • Innate drive to learn and understand root causes • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies • Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership • Record of being a team player and leader
