GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our innovative digital marketing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting our digital marketing solutions directly to potential clients in their neighborhoods. Your ability to connect with local businesses, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored marketing solutions will play a vital role in driving our business growth. Engage in door-to-door sales activities targeting local businesses and entrepreneurs. Clearly communicate and demonstrate the value of our digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, and online advertising. Identify and address customer needs through effective consultations, building lasting business relationships. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer client questions effectively. Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze feedback from potential customers to improve product offerings and sales techniques. Document all sales interactions and maintain records of sales progress in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies that resonate with local businesses.

Requirements

Proven experience in door-to-door sales or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in digital marketing. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with local business owners. Ability to understand and communicate digital marketing concepts in simple terms. Self-starter mentality with a passion for achieving sales goals and overcoming challenges. Resilience and a positive attitude in facing rejections with a focus on continuous improvement. Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and travel within assigned neighborhoods. Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for tracking sales efforts. Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in marketing is preferred.
