• Key Responsibilities • Visionary Leadership • Collaborate with the founding team to shape the overall direction and strategy of GlobalPassport™. • Contribute to high-level decision-making as a key member of the executive team. • Foster a company culture that embodies innovation, global citizenship, and transformative technology. • Technical Strategy and Innovation • Develop and execute the platform's technical roadmap, aligning it with our mission to simplify global mobility. • Envision and implement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance user experience and streamline international processes. • Lead the creation of groundbreaking features that set GlobalPassport™ apart in the market. • Platform Development and Optimization • Architect a world-class platform integrating web and mobile applications for a seamless global user experience. • Ensure the platform is scalable, capable of handling millions of users across diverse locations. • Spearhead the development of innovative solutions that demystify international relocation and citizenship acquisition. • Team Leadership and Collaboration • Build and inspire a team of top-tier engineers passionate about transforming global mobility. • Promote a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technology enhances every aspect of the user journey. • Security, Compliance, and Data Management • Implement robust security protocols to protect user data across international boundaries. • Ensure compliance with global data regulations, setting industry standards for trust and reliability. • Develop sophisticated data management systems to handle international legal requirements and user privacy. • Qualifications • Experience: 7-10 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Track Record: Proven experience scaling SaaS platforms in fast-growing startups. • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of full-stack development, cloud technologies, and mobile application development. • Visionary Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions. • Passion: A strong desire to make a lasting impact on global mobility and international living.
