📋 Description

• The company is seeking a skilled and versatile Marketing Generalist to drive its brand and marketing initiatives. • This role is integral to shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all channels. • As a key player in the team, you will collaborate with agencies, manage marketing projects independently, and play a hands-on role in executing creative and strategic initiatives. • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of marketing efforts from ideation to execution, this role is for you!

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. • Experience working with or managing external agencies, including social media, performance marketing, and design. • Ability to develop and oversee content strategies for various marketing channels. • Hands-on approach with the ability to execute campaigns from start to finish. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing trends and previous marketing efforts. • Experience planning and executing promotional events and campaigns. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. • Understanding of Indian or German culture is a plus. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics. • Ability to work aligned to CET business hours
