• This position is fully remote and requires frequent travel. Candidates must be located in the BeNeLux region and reliably work CST hours when necessary. • Preference will be given to those that reside in The Netherlands. • Dutch and English fluency required; French and/or German an added plus. • Glorious is a lifestyle gaming hardware company, built by passionate enthusiasts on a mission to change the status quo of the gaming industry. • The Regional Sales Manager owns the growth of major retail and online accounts within the BeNeLux region. • They are responsible for helping the Glorious brand find new representation in additional stores, both large and small. • They also focus on improving both the relationships and sales at existing locations, ensuring that our retail and online footprint increases over time. • This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will also work cross-collaboratively both internally and externally.
• Located and authorized to work in a country within the assigned territory • Professional fluency in both Dutch and English • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection • Established connections in the consumer electronics industry • The ability and willingness to travel within the BeNeLux region to meet with potential and current accounts • An advanced degree in Business or a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience growing new and existing sales channels for a consumer electronics or gaming hardware brand • Demonstrated experience improving sellout in retail channels, growing a brand's presence, and improving the relationship of a brand with account managers/other important points of contact • Demonstrated alignment with Glorious’ core values: taking ownership, working collaboratively, showing respect, being curious, and acting both quickly and decisively
