Description
• Remote litigation paralegal for regional insurance defense law firm • Review medical records, assist attorneys, and prepare civil litigation matters for trial • Draft motions, subpoenas, and trial preparations
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal; experience in insurance defense required • Experience summarizing medical records • Paralegal certificate or other related degree is a plus but not required • Strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
