Description

•Position Overview: •We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in a dynamic solar company headquartered in the United States. •The ideal candidate will have experience with legal research, contract review and analysis, and drafting legal documents. •This is a remote position, with a preferred overlap of 4 hours per day with the Arizona timezone/ work schedule. •Key Responsibilities: •Conduct in-depth legal research on U.S. federal and state laws, regulations, and policies related to renewable energy and solar industries. •Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting the company's operations. •Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify potential risks, compliance issues, and areas for improvement. •Provide summaries and recommendations to stakeholders regarding contract terms. •Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including contracts, amendments, memoranda, and reports. •Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. •Maintain and organize the company’s legal files and records. •Assist the legal team with preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal or external use.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. •A Paralegal Certificate/ law graduate is strongly preferred. •Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or renewable energy environment. •Proficient in legal research
