Description

• Lead the development and commercialization of innovative video conferencing solutions • Guide the video product portfolio • Ensure that all products meet certification standards of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google • Collaborate closely with JDM partners • Define and execute a product roadmap • Provide deep expertise in networking fundamentals • Lead product certification processes • Conduct market research and customer insights analysis • Own the product P&L • Build and manage a high-performing product management team • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience • Deep knowledge of IP, Dante, and networking fundamentals • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with certification processes for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet • Proven track record of working with JDM partners • Demonstrated ability to manage product P&L • Experience working closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams • Ability to analyze market trends, solve technical challenges • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
