• Lead video conferencing solutions development and commercialization • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch • Collaborate with JDM partners for technical requirements and commercial goals • Define product roadmap aligning with market needs • Ensure interoperability and compliance with performance expectations • Manage product certification for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet • Conduct market research and customer insights analysis • Drive product P&L and meet financial targets • Build a high-performing product management team • Ensure products meet quality standards and drive cost efficiencies • Establish KPIs for product performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, focusing on new product development in video conferencing • Deep knowledge of IP, Dante, and networking fundamentals • Strong understanding of certification processes for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet • Proven track record of collaborating with JDM partners • Ability to manage product P&L and drive commercialization • Experience working closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams • Ability to analyze market trends and solve technical challenges • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
