Description

• We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and ongoing maintenance of our new Oracle Cloud software solution. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to validation and support. • This role involves managing a global team of architects, developers, and functional resources across multiple geographies to deliver a seamless experience both internally and to our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software product development. • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications and PaaS Tools (Apex, VBCS, ATP). • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects. • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe desired. • Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies. • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
