โ€ข The Sr. Regional Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships within Jabra's channel partner ecosystem in the assigned geographic territory. โ€ข This role is essential in identifying opportunities, developing partner capabilities, and implementing sales strategies to fulfill territory goals. โ€ข The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in audio and video sales, channel development, and proficiency in attaining goals in a collaborative environment. โ€ข Key Responsibilities include Channel Partner Management, Sales Strategy & Execution, Training & Enablement, Market Development, and Performance Monitoring.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of sales experience working for a vendor/manufacturer in audio, video, or related technology industries, predominantly in a channel sales role. โ€ข Consistent skill in managing channel partners and promoting revenue growth. โ€ข Must reside within the assigned geographic territory. โ€ข Comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics and partner ecosystems. โ€ข Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. โ€ข Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. โ€ข Ability to travel as needed within the territory. โ€ข Collaborative spirit with a people-focused approach.
