📋 Description

• Sell Thermo Fisher’s chromatography products to biopharma accounts for process development and manufacturing. • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for POROS and CaptureSelect by maintaining growth and actively searching for new business opportunities within the territory. • Travel to customer sites for sales calls and presentations. • Work closely with applications counterparts to move sales from evaluation to close. • Collaborate with customers and product management to forecast and communicate large order and shipment details. • Maintain and improve sales skills through technical and sales training. • Proactively update SalesForce and Business Plans. • Attend tradeshows, conferences, and read trade journals to learn about company products. • Collaborate with sales colleagues in the territory that represents Thermo’s other BioProduction products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree (B.S, M.A, PhD. or equivalent experience) in Chemistry or related field. • 5 plus years sales experience in biopharmaceutical market required. • Positive technical skills are needed to discuss and support chromatography resins for biopharmaceutical process development and manufacturing groups. • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships by learning the background of the accounts and key customers. • Positive analytical skills are essential to analyze territory sales data and technical information. • Ability to perform independently and as part of a team. • Established sales history and relationships with the downstream process development.
