• Are you a talented and experienced Driving Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a Driving Account Manager to join our dynamic team! • Managing the full recruitment cycle for driving roles, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable positions. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. • Supporting development of new business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio. • Ensuring compliance with all recruitment legislation and company policies. • Coordinating interviews, handling candidate applications, and maintaining accurate records. • Providing exceptional customer service and aftercare to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the driving sector. • Strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry. • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Full UK driving license. • Flexibility with hours. • Own transport.
