Description

• Responsible for answering inbound calls from customers experiencing issues. • Expected to troubleshoot all Xfinity products to repair and restore customer services. • Follow established troubleshooting steps through the use of troubleshooting tools (ITGs). • Sales will be key and critical job responsibility.

Requirements
