Description
• Lead QA team and ensure compliance with quality standards • Develop and maintain QA processes and standards • Execute test plans, cases, and scripts • Ensure comprehensive test coverage • Perform manual tests and drive automation initiatives • Coordinate testing efforts for timely delivery • Identify and report on quality metrics • Stay updated on QA methodologies and tools • Conduct root cause analysis of defects • Maintain documentation of test cases and results • Prepare and present QA reports to management • Mentor and develop QA testers
Requirements
• Required experience of 4+ years in quality assurance • Experience in leading QA team and/or transition from manual to automated testing • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools • Familiarity with TestRigor, Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium • Experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills • Willingness to travel less than 5% of the time • Able to work in the US without sponsorship
