• FURTHER is the leading AI-powered Sales & Marketing platform for senior living and healthcare organizations. • Responsible for optimizing revenue generation processes, ensuring accurate and timely pipeline reporting, and serving as the HubSpot administrator. • Key contributor in strategizing and executing initiatives that drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B environment. • Extensive knowledge of HubSpot and experience serving as a HubSpot administrator. • Strong ability to understand a problem set, identify impacted stakeholders, and create an all-encompassing solution. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships. • Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.
