Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B environment. β€’ Extensive knowledge of HubSpot and experience serving as a HubSpot administrator. β€’ Strong ability to understand a problem set, identify impacted stakeholders, and create an all-encompassing solution. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships. β€’ Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.
