• Title: Business Analyst, Marketing • Location: Remote India • Reports To: Sr. Business Analyst, Marketing & Affiliates • Schedule: 3pm - 12am IST Hours • About HighLevel: HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform that empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. With a focus on streamlining marketing efforts and providing comprehensive solutions, HighLevel helps businesses of all sizes achieve their marketing goals. We currently have 1000+ team members across 15 countries, working remotely as well as in our headquarters, which is located in Dallas, Texas. We also handle over 80 Terabytes of data across 5 Databases. • Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to support the Marketing Team with insightful analysis, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and proficiency in data visualization tools to drive measurable outcomes. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth, with the potential to influence high-impact marketing strategies in a fast-paced.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, strategic data analysis, visualization, storytelling. or a related field. • Proven track record of working with marketing strategies, or campaign performance analysis. • Experience working in product-focused SaaS companies. • Familiarity with digital marketing, marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and campaign performance metrics or tools like Google Analytics. • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights. • Experience with metrics related to traffic, trials, conversions, and performance tracking. • Familiarity with UI/UX principles to create intuitive dashboards and reports. • Ability to connect data insights to business objectives and drive value-added recommendations. • Proficient in Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar front-end platforms. • Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, and other relational database systems for data extraction and manipulation. • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, is required. • Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq for collaborating on user-centric dashboard designs is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate insights and influence decision-making. • Strong stakeholder management skills to align with business priorities.
