Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner • 5+ years experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility including hands-on experience managing day to day HR administration • International experience is required; Experience supporting teams in India preferred • Prior experience with the rapid pace of a startup environment • Prior experience supporting a global workforce • Ability to work effectively in an environment with a high level of ambiguity • Ability to collaborate to get things done • A sense of urgency, the ability to take initiative and strong accountability is a must • Strong Google sheets/excel proficiency • Previous experience with HR information systems is required • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams
