β’ Bachelor's Degree. β’ 5+ years of human research protections/IRB experience. β’ At least 2 years of direct experience working with the Huron HRPP Toolkit in an implementation or support role. β’ Certified IRB Professional (CIP) preferred. β’ Working knowledge of IRB software and software development. β’ Highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Windows. β’ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. β’ Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
