• Traliant, a leader in compliance training, is on a mission to make workplaces better, for everyone. • With a promise of “compliance you can trust, training you will love,” Traliant offers engaging, story-based online courses. • The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. • Partner with department leaders to provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for assigned roles. • Lead performance management initiatives. • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on career development, talent mobility, and performance feedback. • Facilitate learning and development programs that enhance employee growth, retention, and overall engagement. • Maintain and optimize HR systems. • Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and policies to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in HR, including previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role with strong exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees across all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Passionate about creating a positive employee experience, from recruitment through to employee development and retention. • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills. • Comfortable with being on camera during internal and external meetings. • Proven ability to manage time and workload from a remote/home based office.
