β’ Provides support for the processing of personnel actions and records management. β’ Works closely with the Talent Acquisitions team, the Transactions Specialists and Benefits Specialists to process and onboard new applicants. β’ Provides administrative support for new employee orientation and offboarding. β’ Inputs and verifies documents for employment in the USA Staffing database. β’ Processes documents associated with inputting SF-52s and SF-50s. β’ Ensures that the correct documentation is submitted with all personnel actions. β’ Performs final reviews on personnel documents to ensure compliance with regulations. β’ Coordinates EOD dates for new hires and conducts new employee orientation.
β’ Strong knowledge of coding and processing personnel actions β’ Experience with USA Staffing including Selection Manager and Onboarding modules β’ Skill and knowledge of NFC/EPIC web β’ Knowledge of GRB β’ Basic knowledge of recruitment, placement, position management, classification, compensation, performance management, and personnel support services β’ Skilled in using Windows Operating Systems β’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams β’ Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat β’ Experience with automated personnel computer systems and software to process personnel and benefits actions
