Description

β€’ Provides support for the processing of personnel actions and records management. β€’ Works closely with the Talent Acquisitions team, the Transactions Specialists and Benefits Specialists to process and onboard new applicants. β€’ Provides administrative support for new employee orientation and offboarding. β€’ Inputs and verifies documents for employment in the USA Staffing database. β€’ Processes documents associated with inputting SF-52s and SF-50s. β€’ Ensures that the correct documentation is submitted with all personnel actions. β€’ Performs final reviews on personnel documents to ensure compliance with regulations. β€’ Coordinates EOD dates for new hires and conducts new employee orientation.

Requirements

β€’ Strong knowledge of coding and processing personnel actions β€’ Experience with USA Staffing including Selection Manager and Onboarding modules β€’ Skill and knowledge of NFC/EPIC web β€’ Knowledge of GRB β€’ Basic knowledge of recruitment, placement, position management, classification, compensation, performance management, and personnel support services β€’ Skilled in using Windows Operating Systems β€’ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams β€’ Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat β€’ Experience with automated personnel computer systems and software to process personnel and benefits actions
