• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with 5+ years in brand marketing in the outdoor sports industry with at least 2 years in leadership role • Solid understanding of retail marketing and digital strategies to support brand growth across channels • Cross-functional collaboration skills - proven success working with sales, events team and e-commerce in a fast-paced setting • Ability to set strategy, execute tactical activities and build a team as we grow • Experience managing budgets and driving ROI, using data to track success • Self-directed, strategic thinker who can juggle competing projects in an evolving work environment • Clear, confident communicator who can deliver messages effectively to all stakeholders • Passion for the outdoors and brand-building – a natural ability to connect with people and energize a team
