📋 Description
• Provide excellent customer service and manage all aspects of the client relationship • Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI • Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions • Work with clients to manage the Regulatory review submission process • Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements • Retain and renew annual contracts, upselling and optimizing where applicable
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in client management, within pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways • Experience using CRM software like Salesforce, and project management platforms like JIRA
