β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a talented individual who is highly proficient in Zoho CRM and other Zoho products such as deluge and Zoho Flow. β’ The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and the ability to customize and optimize the platform to meet our business needs. β’ As a Zoho CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in setting up and maintaining our Zoho CRM system, ensuring seamless integration with other Zoho products and providing support to our team members. β’ Customize and configure Zoho CRM to align with our business processes. β’ Develop and implement Zoho Flow workflows to automate business processes. β’ Create and maintain deluge scripts to enhance Zoho CRM functionalities. β’ Provide training and support to end users on Zoho CRM usage and best practices. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
