🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. • Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). • Ability to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences. • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and iterate quickly. • Nice to Have: • Experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup environment. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies. • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for landing page optimization.
