• Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for coordinating teams, managing resources, and delivering projects with precision? A dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways is on the hunt for a Project Manager. If you thrive on organization, communication, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you! • As the Project Manager, you’ll manage all projects across the roster of clients and have a hand in the development and maintenance of strong internal processes for managing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will own the entirety of the project process, ensuring all details are considered and completed. • This role is responsible for internal efficiency and delivery of projects while partnering with Client Services to ensure client satisfaction. • This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of project management experience with U.S. clients and remote teams. • Strong attention to detail, ethical approach, and team-oriented boundaries. • Experience managing video, photo, and social content production. • Excellent prioritization, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana) and Excel/Sheets. • Knowledge of social media content production and creative production is strongly preferred. • Ability to structure client requests into tasks with clear dependencies and milestones. • Proficient with Agile or Waterfall; PMP certification strongly preferred. • Solution-oriented and calm under pressure with proactive communication skills.
