Description

• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. • Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager. • The Project Manager will be an assistant to our main project manager across all of our clients until they are ready to manage a set of clients themselves. • Responsible for ensuring that client communications are handled, deliverables are delivered on time and the quality of the deliverables stays consistent. • Managing a POD of clients by being the bridge between client requests and the team. • Q/A the work the team hands in so it is up to our standards. • Assigning and monitoring tasks based on team capacity. • Ensuring quality of deliverables, and timeliness.

Requirements

• Proactivity - the ability to solve problems before they arise • Great communication scales • Prior experience managing employees • Critical thinking - the ability to come up with solutions, instead of problems • A willingness to hold yourself accountable • Excellent organizational skills • The ability to follow daily checklists, and be meticulous about tasks, due dates and process • Proficient with CRMs preferred → Clickup and Trello • Prior experience managing 8-10 projects simultaneously • We are looking for someone who is extremely organized and is not afraid to micro-manage/ be assertive in making sure deadlines are met and deliverables are handed in on time.
