Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech or a tech-driven startup, for impactful creative teams • Proficient in using project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable or similar platforms to organize and track projects. • This role is for Kueski design team, experience in design-related roles is required. • Demonstrated leadership within creative and design project management at both team and organizational levels. • Ability to lead and remotely collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in the fast-paced environment of a new team inside a big, fast startup. • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. • Leadership skills to hold teams accountable for deadline and deliverables. • Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail. • Negotiation skills to manage stakeholders’ expectations and the workload for the team
