Description

• Project Managers (PM) begin with a structured onboarding and mentorship program • Lead customer projects by preparing project plans and meeting with internal teams and customers weekly • Track progress and deliverable completion while maintaining project status, forecasting, and budget reporting • Document project risks and issues • Manage all project management duties for various project types and complexity • Execute project management duties for Phase 1 (and other PS) customer engagements • Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations • Create actionable insights to improve PMO's delivery time, project plans, and governance • Mentor and train other project managers and create best practices

Requirements

• English and Spanish language proficiency • 5+ years of professional work experience as part of a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, including 3+ years of formal project manager experience • Excellent organization and communication skills • Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Experience with essential project management duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management) • Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
