β€’ A Dallas-based IT company is seeking energetic and experienced cold callers/telemarketers to join its growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative. β€’ This is an exciting opportunity with significant potential for immediate income and long-term career growth. β€’ As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales efforts, focusing on actively calling business prospects, setting appointments, and building strong relationships. β€’ This hunter role rewards a proactive mindset, with a compensation plan designed to recognize and reward your success in generating new leads. β€’ High call volume experience is essential, and there is flexibility to develop your own market focus and lead generation strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in American English (required for clear communication with U.S.-based clients). β€’ 3+ years of B2B outbound cold calling experience with proven success in high-volume environments. β€’ Strong ability to reach decision-makers and secure appointments. β€’ High level of energy, a great attitude, and a relentless work ethic. β€’ Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems. β€’ Education: Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience). β€’ APPLY ONLY IF YOU SPEAK FLUENT AMERICAN ENGLISH. β€’ APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF HIGH-VOLUME B2B OUTBOUND COLD-CALLING EXPERIENCE.
