• Who We Are • GovOS is a leading provider of transaction and compliance software for state and local governments. • The Customer Success team is responsible for engagement with customers to drive adoption and ongoing value. • The Manager, Customer Success, builds and leads the Customer Success Team, focusing on improving customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).  • Proven experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong leadership and people management abilities. • In-depth knowledge of customer support principles, best practices, and technologies. • Proficiency in customer support software and CRM systems. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to work under pressure and handle escalated customer issues effectively. • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
