Description

• Managing the product journey for one or more personas in License & Registration and Tax & Compliance product suites. • Creating a delightful user experience for customers and constituents using the solution to file taxes, apply/renew licenses, and make payments. • Defining the future of a core GovOS solution. • Working as a critical partner to define and execute development while achieving revenue growth and timely execution of features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software Product Management experience as leading stakeholder of product changes. • Experience building a system of record platform (CRM/ERP software like Salesforce, Workday etc.) in a cloud environment that supports unique end users with different needs. • Experience with APIs or microservice architecture, and standardizing formats to meet different use cases. • Demonstrable ability to productize features in a way that is configurable for similar user needs, understanding the core functionality and mechanism that enables various implementations. • Experience building a marketplace portal with 2-sided user interactions offering different tool sets for each user type. • Experience with workflow steps, integrating inputs and outputs across steps of a process. • Proficiency using sprint planning and feature road mapping software, like Jira. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and recommendations to drive actions. • A strong system thinker who can deconstruct complex problems into smaller parts, considering all personas/users. • Ability to create wireframe sketches by hand or in software to convey desired functionality. • Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance technical needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions. • Natural ability to learn from, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders and teams internal and external. • Ability to execute methodically, at a regular cadence.
