β€’ Set up, scale and lead the US sales team at Workwize. β€’ Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the midmarket segment. β€’ Actively engage in sales activities to drive initial market penetration. β€’ Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and metrics.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the B2B SaaS industry. β€’ Proven experience in building and scaling sales teams at least twice. β€’ Minimum of 7-10 years in B2B SaaS sales. β€’ Experience in managing sales cycles in B2B SaaS with deal sizes between $40K and $120K ARR range in mid-market/large enterprises. β€’ Fast-paced & high growth environments. β€’ Strong understanding of the midmarket segment and experience in selling SaaS solutions to the US market. β€’ Deep understanding of the SaaS market, particularly in the IT sector. β€’ Exceptional leadership and team management skills. β€’ Willingness to engage directly in sales activities. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize sales processes. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
