Description

• The VP Sales & Marketing is responsible for the sales & marketing strategy, execution, and performance. • This leader will provide the leadership, strategic vision and functional expertise required to effectively lead global Sales and Marketing colleagues across North America, Europe and Asia. • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Global Sales & Marketing Leadership experience in ~300M+ businesses with specific experience in Life science Instruments (analytical instruments and biotechnology) required. • Proven record of building a high performing organization. • Deep knowledge of technologies and applications in the Life Sciences / Biotech market (i.e next generation sequencing, PCR, spatial profiling, DNA synthesis, chromatography, mass spec, and common molecular biology methods) preferred. • Track record as an agent of change, who has established customer-centric and growth-minded teams that lead through collaborative partnerships. • Demonstrated success in leading global teams with a strong culture and results orientation. • Excellent communication, relationship building and leadership skills. • Experience integrating acquired entities successfully into a larger corporate environment. • Bachelor’s degree required - in Science, Engineering, MBA preferred.
