Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring for top priority roles. • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of specialized roles with an eye for talent and a passion for delivering results. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. • Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. • Experience maintaining recruitment reporting metrics and delivering data-driven insights to leadership. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on providing a high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.
