Description

• Be responsible for the management and nurturing of relationships with GR0’s small to medium spend, omnichannel digital marketing clients. • Directly manage client account relationships as the central point of contact where necessary in an omnichannel relationship. • Be responsible for leading the conversation surrounding ongoing client campaign and marketing needs, functioning largely as the fractional CMO or CGO for client campaigns under management. • Be responsible for facilitating upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the omnichannel book of business managed by this role, with strong salesmanship. • Facilitate internal omnichannel communication to ensure seamless coordination across departments. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in account management and client relationship management, preferably within paid media management. • Functional understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics. • Demonstrated ability in assurance of multi-party comprehension of communicated initiatives and goals. • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. • A keen eye for detail with a track record of solutions oriented mindset. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Mastery of third party reporting tools and platforms that enable cross-channel reporting and outcome forecasting.
