Description

β€’ Create a scalable GTM technology stack aligned with the company’s strategic priorities. β€’ Partner with GTM leaders to redesign and automate business processes. β€’ Optimize GTM systems and data to support our marketing and sales analytics. β€’ Develop and implement policies to ensure data integrity across CRM and other key systems. β€’ Provide feedback on additional tool capabilities and manage vendor relationships. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and engineering, to ensure alignment with company priorities. β€’ Lead the adoption of the latest technologies and best practices to ensure the GTM tech stack remains cutting-edge and scalable. β€’ Stay informed on emerging industry trends, tools, and techniques that can improve operational efficiency and enhance team performance. β€’ Ensure robust security practices and controls are implemented to support scaling at an enterprise level, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. β€’ Lead Scrum process and facilitate regular sprints, ensuring clear communication and project milestones.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales support, and GTM technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and integration tools. β€’ Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum management, successfully leading cross-functional teams using these frameworks. β€’ Strong understanding of enterprise-level security and controls, with experience ensuring compliance with data protection standards and regulations. β€’ Demonstrated experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce / SFDC, ideally including CPQ and Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM). β€’ Knowledge of ITGCs and experience working in SOC, ISO, and SOX-compliant environments. β€’ Demonstrated ability to stay current with technological advancements, continuously assessing new tools and methods to drive operational improvements. β€’ Expertise in designing scalable, reliable solutions and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. β€’ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams and fostering collaboration. β€’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
