• 10+ years of experience across revenue functions, with at least 5+ years in a revenue operations role (such as enablement, strategy, or operations) • 4+ years of experience in people and performance management • Demonstrated success in applying a highly strategic mindset to develop and execute long-term plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and make data-driven recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency • Served a sales team that grew by at least 50 reps • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with expertise in Google Sheets and Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Experience working in a mix of scaled and high-growth startup environments • Experience configuring CRM systems and integrated sales tools, such as sales engagement platforms, conversational intelligence, and lead enrichment tools • 2+ years of direct sales or account management in a quota-carrying role • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in mental health or telehealth services
