Description
• Partner with Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition. • Own technical engagement with customers and help close opportunities. • Deliver product and technical presentations to customers. • Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams for feedback. • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems. • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, create enablement material.
Requirements
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Be open to various and complex assignments, this will require strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and worldwide customers • Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers • Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically • Must be located in PNW or Rockies region in the US
