Description

• oversee, expand and inspire diverse donor fundraising program • coordinate donor organizing and individual giving efforts • supervise grassroots giving program • work closely with development team to coordinate fundraising • represent Grassroots International in leadership roles • maintain a donor portfolio of individual mid-range and major donors • organize educational opportunities for funders • support staff and board in understanding planned gifts • maintain an efficient system for donor research and communications • supervise digital fundraising strategy • additional tasks as called upon

Requirements

• commitment to the mission of Grassroots International • at least three-five years of experience in development • demonstrated ability to work collaboratively • experience in social justice movements • high level of self-organization • understanding of philanthropy • excellent communication skills • experience in managing budgets • proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office • authorization to work in the United States • ability to sit at a computer for extended periods • fully vaccinated against COVID unless receiving an approved exemption
