β€’ Headquartered in sunny Los Angeles, GrayMatter Robotics is a well-capitalized AI robotics startup serving the manufacturing industry. β€’ We empower shop floor workers with our smart robots that assist with tedious and ergonomically challenging tasks, specifically in automated surface finishing. β€’ Our proprietary GMR-AIβ„’ software is integrated with state-of-the-art industrial robots, sensors, and tools to create application-specific turnkey solutions for customers through a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model. β€’ We help manufacturers improve the quality of life for their workforce while increasing production capacity, and reducing scrap, repair, and rework costs. β€’ As an Account Executive, you will join our Sales team to identify and initiate conversations with potential clients while creating opportunities for our sales team.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field. β€’ Willingness to generate new leads and travel as much as 75% of the time. β€’ Experience selling to customers in factory automation, manufacturing, or industrial spaces. β€’ 5+ years of industry sales experience. β€’ Proven track record of navigating mid market and enterprise organizations and efficient+repeatable sales motion. β€’ Experience navigating and mapping out multiple stakeholders within complex enterprise client organizations. β€’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools such as, but not limited to, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc. with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and constantly evolving technologies. β€’ Must comply with export control requirements, secure work authorization in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization beginning at the time of hire through the entirety of employment.
