🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in education, edtech, or a related field • 5+ years in a cross-functional leadership role is required • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results in a matrixed environment • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Proven track record of successfully executing complex go-to-market strategies • Deep understanding of the Texas adoption landscape, including Texas state regulatory requirements and stakeholder dynamic • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Experience building campaign strategy – help to create and vet the state level presentations and work with marketing counterparts in building campaign and assets • A track record of effectively collaborating with the policy team and external partners to align with specific state requirements • Must be based in Texas with an ability to travel up to 25%
