• Lead the market-level accounts receivable reserve process • Review of hindsight analysis • Evaluate and monitor the mix of accounts receivable for hospital and professional billing • Assist with budget-to-actual variances for contractual discounts • Collaborate with the Managed Health cost reporting team to adjust financial statements • Act as the finance representative for Epic and Net Revenue Projects • Manage the valuation of regional Medicaid supplemental payment accounting • Ensure ongoing compliance with internal control plans and coordinate responses to auditors' requests • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff including interviewing and selection of new employees
