• Play a critical role in driving M&A, strategic investments, and corporate initiatives • Support the end-to-end M&A lifecycle • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions • Analyze SaaS-specific KPIs to assess target companies and industry trends • Assist in corporate strategy and long-term financial planning • Drive automation and process improvement efforts within the Finance function
