📋 Description
• Play a critical role in driving M&A, strategic investments, and corporate initiatives • Support the end-to-end M&A lifecycle • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions • Analyze SaaS-specific KPIs to assess target companies and industry trends • Assist in corporate strategy and long-term financial planning • Drive automation and process improvement efforts within the Finance function
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, business intelligence, investment banking, strategic operations, private equity, or venture capital • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Strong analytical mindset with expert financial modeling skills • Experience with M&A transactions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Superior story-telling and data visualization capabilities • Track record of thriving in fast paced environments • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and manage complex projects • High energy, high integrity leadership style • Experience with private, VE/PE backed tech or SaaS companies is a plus • Prior involvement in growth equity fundraising or IPO readiness is a plus
