Requirements

• Salesforce Platform Mastery: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce business analysis, including comprehensive project scoping and execution. • Consultancy Leadership: Demonstrate a proven record of 2+ years in a senior consultancy or equivalent position, showcasing project leadership abilities and the delivery of sophisticated Salesforce solutions. • Order Management Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management is highly preferred. • Essential Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory) • Agile Methodology Proficiency: Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC), with a strong preference for Agile or Hybrid methodologies. • Client-Focused Excellence: Substantial client-facing experience, with a strong aptitude for understanding client needs. • Innovative Solutions Engineering: Proficient in leveraging the Salesforce platform to craft and implement innovative solutions.
